Building Stronger Pathways into the Region’s Most Essential Industries

In today’s fast-evolving economy, the Greater Sacramento region is stepping up to meet the workforce challenges of tomorrow with bold, collaborative action. With three new strategic partnerships, GoEducate is accelerating efforts to build clear, connected, and accessible pathways into high-demand industries like manufacturing, construction, and clean energy.

Partnering with the Sacramento Valley Manufacturing Alliance (SVMA)

Manufacturing has always been a cornerstone of economic vitality in the Sacramento Valley. GoEducate is thrilled to partner with the Sacramento Valley Manufacturing Alliance to help bridge the gap between students, job seekers, and real opportunities in this critical sector.

By combining our digital platform with SVMA’s trusted industry network, we’re creating a scalable, tech-enabled approach to career discovery and workforce engagement, starting with young talent in schools and extending to adults seeking new opportunities. This partnership supports SVMA’s mission to strengthen the manufacturing pipeline and ensure employers can access the skilled talent they need to grow.

Forging a Strategic Agreement with ABC NorCal

Construction careers continue to offer high wages, on-the-job training, and long-term career stability. In partnership with ABC NorCal, GoEducate is launching a strategic initiative aimed at expanding awareness of apprenticeship pathways and connecting job seekers directly to employers and programs across Northern California.

Through this collaboration, ABC NorCal’s apprenticeship programs will be featured prominently on GoEducate’s Opportunity Portal, complete with real-time data integration, AI-driven talent matching, and shared marketing efforts. We’re excited to co-publish regional workforce reports and spotlight the stories of real people building careers in construction.

ABC NorCal will also team up with GoEducate to create the “Explore the Trades Industry Hub” on GoEducate, a dedicated experience designed to educate and inspire the next generation of builders and doers.

Teaming Up with CALEPIC for Clean Energy Careers

The future of clean energy is being built right here in California. GoEducate is proud to join forces with CALEPIC, a statewide initiative focused on driving workforce equity and economic mobility in clean energy and climate-resilient industries.

In working together, we’ll support CALEPIC’s mission by promoting programs and employment pathways that align with the energy transition, bringing visibility to green jobs and helping talent from all backgrounds access this emerging field.

Stronger Together: Advancing Workforce Connections Across Regions

These partnerships represent more than just agreements, they symbolize a growing movement across the Sacramento region to break down silos and better align education, training, and employment. GoEducate is committed to supporting this vision through the tools and technology that power real workforce connections.

In addition to expanding workforce connectivity across manufacturing, construction, and clean energy, GoEducate is actively supporting efforts to strengthen healthcare workforce pipelines across the region, helping more students and job seekers access training, credentials, and career opportunities in one of the state’s most critical fields.

More updates are coming soon as we continue to build momentum. Together, we’re transforming how people discover and connect to opportunity.
